Delivery

a. Orders will be confirmed only after full payment. COD is currently not available, and all orders must be prepaid.

b. International shipping is currently not available. Orders can be delivered within India only.

c. We primarily use DTDC for delivery. Other trusted courier partners may be used where DTDC is unavailable.

d. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch, where available.

e. Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

a. No Refunds are provided. Exchanges are available only in eligible cases. Change of mind, incorrect size selection, color , or personal preference are not eligible for exchange.

b. Online orders may be exchanged only if the product is damaged during shipping provided the issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

c. A clear unboxing video is required for online claims relating to damage, defects, or incorrect products.
