Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchange requests in the following situations:

 ●  Product received is damaged during shipping.

 ●  Wrong product received.

 ●  Missing item in the package.

Requirements for Claims:

 ●  A clear unboxing video without cuts or edits is mandatory.

 ●  The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

 ●  The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 ●  Change of mind.

 ●  Size preference issues.

 ●  Color variations caused by screen settings.

 ●  Products damaged due to customer misuse.

 ●  Products without original tags or packaging.
